Al Gurg Charity Foundation participates in DIHAD 2016

Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, Easa Saleh Al Gurg Charity Foundation participated in 13th Dubai International Humanitarian Aid & Development Conference & Exhibition – DIHAD 2016, which was held at the Dubai World Trade Centre with the support and participation from Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Humanitarian and Charity Est., the United Nations, the UAE Red Crescent Authority, International Humanitarian City, Dubai Cares and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC).
HE Chancellor Ibrahim Bu Melha Advisor to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, for cultural and humanitarian affairs and chairman of the Supreme Committee of the DIHAD conference management inaugurated the exhibition, on behalf of Princess Haya Bint Hussein, UN Messenger of Peace and Chairperson of the Global Humanitarian City.
Also has attending the opening ceremony were HE Humaid Mohamed Al Qattami Chairman and Director General of the Dubai Health Authority, HE Dr. Mohammed Atiq Al Falahi Secretary-General of the UAE Red Crescent, HE Helen Clark, Administrator of the United Nations Development Programme, HE Khalifa bin Dray, CEO of Dubai Ambulance Services and a number of ambassadors and dignitaries.
Easa Saleh Al Gurg Charity Foundation is always keen to participate in this exhibition because of its active role in promoting international development, humanitarian assistance and the transfer and exchange of knowledge between various charitable and humanitarian work destinations in the world.
