With the approach of the new academic year, Easa Saleh Al Gurg Charitable Foundation has launched its seasonal charity project, which is the distribution of school bags and stationery kits to students from low income families. As part of the one million UAE dirhams initiative; 5000 students will receive basic school supplies, from the registered case list processed by the Foundation from different emirates.

The Foundation has also donated a number of bags to charity organizations such as the Dar Al Ber Society, the Committee for Needy Families Umm Al Quwain, Dubai Charity Association, Sharjah Charity Association, Fujairah Welfare Association and Public Welfare Foundation and the charity in Ajman to ensure that more students across all Emirates benefit from these donations.

This initiative is part of the stated commitment of Dr. Raja Easa Saleh Al Gurg, Chairman of the Board which includes a series of contributions made by the Al Gurg Foundation throughout the school year to ease the burden on low-income households as well as help and encourage students who include orphans and the poor.
