UAE society has witnessed remarkable changes in the past few

years which have impacted the social fabric of the nation. Al

Gurg Charity Foundation is of the view that a strong family is the

cornerstone for the development of a community and a nation.

The Foundation is committed to providing continued relief and

assistance to the poor and needy families residing in the UAE.

The Foundation’s goals are guided by the wise directives of His

Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of UAE

and Ruler of Abu Dhabi and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin

Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and

Ruler of Dubai.May the Almighty continue to protect and guide

our leaders.

As the Al Gurg Charity Foundation celebrates its fourth year of

existence, we need to constantly adapt modern practices and

management that will better the life of deserving individuals and

families both within and outside the UAE.

In conclusion, I offer my thanks to all those who have generously

contributed to the success of Al Gurg Charity Foundation. I humbly

beseech the Almighty to bestow continuous grace, goodness and

prosperity to our beloved nation.

Message

Praise be to Allah. The Holy Quran says: “Help you one another

in righteousness and piety”. We are privileged to live in a country

that has been abundantly blessed by the Almighty. The Al Gurg

Charity Foundation believes in sharing these blessings with our

fellow brethren from deserving families and needy children who

require assistance to fulfill basic living requirements of housing,

food and education.

I am pleased to present the annual report of the Al Gurg Charity

Foundation detailing the various charitable activities that have

been undertaken during the last year. A major portion of our

actions were devoted to providing assistance in the health and

education sector, since we realized that this was the area that

required greater attention due to rising costs.

I would also like to acknowledge the generous and selfless

contributions of various companies within the Easa Saleh Al Gurg

Group LLC as well as several institutions and organizations who

have provided steadfast support for our activities. Their valuable

assistance is much appreciated and I do hope they continue to

work with us in this mission to alleviate the hardships of the

needy.

We welcome ideas and suggestions that will enhance our

charitable activities and hope the blessings of the Almighty

continue to guide all our efforts.
