Helping Special Needs individuals

The care of the disabled and rehabilitation individuals is a responsibility of all, which requires joint efforts and concern

from all governmental and non-governmental organizations. The aim should be to emphasize the value and prestige of

the individual regardless of the level of abilities and potentials. Al Gurg Charity offers continuous care and support to

individuals with special needs and within specialized centers including:

Dubai Autism Center:

For its unique and effective role in supporting people with autism and their families.

Al Noor Training Centre for Children with Special Needs:

Supporting payment of annual expenses for a

number of special needs students from the center.

Emirates Association for Down Syndrome:

Makes tangible efforts towards the integration of people with Down

syndrome into the community and assists them to become productive and active individuals.

Rashid Pediatric Therapy Centre:

Provides support for people with special needs, along with assistance to parents

on how to train and deal with their children.

Khorfakkan Club for Handicapped:

Supported with Umrah trip for 4 people with disabilities. The Club serves

people of the Eastern region and helps them to adapt and cope with society.
