Al Gurg Charity furnishes new building of Dubai Autism Center with AED 600 thousand

Easa Saleh Al Gurg Charity Foundation has pledged support to the new premises of Dubai Autism Center. The foundation will provide furniture worth AED 600,000 for the new building of the Center that will facilitate an extension of its services. The  signing ceremony took place in the presence of Abdulla Al Gurg Group General Manager of Easa Saleh Al Gurg Group LLC and board member of Al Gurg Charity Foundation, Mohammed Farouk Yusuf Executive Manager of the Foundation as well as Mohammed Al Emadi, Director General of Dubai Autism Center.

Abdulla Al Gurg said: "His Excellency Easa Saleh Al Gurg, is keen that the Foundation provides continued support and care to organizations that work with special needs individuals. He believes that this is an integral part of our social responsibility towards our nation. In keeping with this sentiment, the Foundation has contributed for the new headquarters of Dubai Autism Center. We are confident that these new premises will enable the Center to further fulfill its mission of striving to successfully integrate children with Autism into mainstream society,"

Meanwhile, Mohammed Al Emadi expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Al Gurg Charity Foundation for its support for the completion of the new building of the Center. He pointed out that this initiative represents the Foundation's commitment towards supporting the various segments of the community including children with autism. “The Center's new building will accommodate the high demand for autism therapy. It will also help reduce the long waiting list of children with autism in the UAE many of whom require specialist intervention," Al Emadi added.
