Honored by Down Syndrome Association

​The UAE Down Syndrome Association recently honored sponsors and volunteers during their annual ceremony held at Shangri-La hotel Dubai. Members of the ESAG Charity Foundation were also invited to this gathering as the foundation provides continued assistance to the organization. The event was attended by Mohammed Farouk, Administration & Accounts Manager, Talal Al Batainah, Administration Assistant and Hend Ahmed, Public Relations Assistant on behalf of the ESAG Charity Foundation.

Later, Board members of the UAE Down Syndrome Association along with some of the kids with Down syndrome visited HE Easa Saleh Al Gurg to thank His Excellency for his annual support to the association through the ESAG Charity Foundation. Sonia Al Hashemi, Chairperson of the Association who accompanied the team also appraised the Chairman on the various programmes conducted by the association and their progress so far. Mrs. Raja Al Gurg, Managing Director ESAG and Mohammed Farouk, Administration & Accounts Manager attended the meeting.

The children also presented some of their art work to the Chairman who in turn had special gifts for each of the five special needs children who visited him. He also donated a cheque of AED 100,000 to the association to support its annual activities.
