Visit of Dubai Award for Community Service delegation

Under the instructions of His Excellency General Dhahi Khalfan Tamim, Deputy Chief of Police and Public Security in Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Award for Community Service, a delegation from the Award visited the headquarters of Easa Saleh Al Gurg Charity Foundation. The team which included Major General Ahmed Saeed Al Marri, Secretary General of Dubai Award for Community Service, HE Major General Ahmed Hamdan Bin Dalmouk, Board Member;  was received by Dr. Raja Easa Al Gurg, Chairperson of Al Gurg Charity in the presence of Abdullah Al Gurg, Group CEO of Easa Saleh Al Gurg Group and member of the Al Gurg Charity Board.

Major General Mohammed Saeed Al Marri praised the efforts of the Foundation, which culminated in winning the Dubai Appreciation Award for Community Service during the current year and the Foundation's efforts in all areas of philanthropy. Major General Ben Dalmouk, a member of the Board of Trustees, appreciated the Foundation's efforts in expanding the principles of solidarity and cooperation, emphasising the importance of the Foundation's service to the community,providing assistance to the needy, the ongoing support in the educational and health sectors amongst other charitable initiatives.

Her Excellency Raja Al Gurg stressed that the Foundation's efforts remain and that it will continue to work tirelessly in light of the distinguished appreciation with the necklace of community service. She said the honour will give the Foundation further motivation towards providing the best services..

At the end of the meeting, Dr Raja Al Gurg received a certificate of appreciation in recognition of the Dubai Community Service Award.
