Al Gurg Charity launches the school bag project for the academic year 2022-2023

As part of its activities for the new academic year, Al Gurg Charity launched one of its most important seasonal projects, the ‘School Bag Project’, distributed to school students of low-income families. 5000 school bags were prepared, including the basic stationery and distributed to the cases registered with Al Gurg Charity from the various emirates of the country. Al Gurg Charity also donated a number of bags to sister charities in the country to ensure access to the largest possible segment of needy cases in various regions and Emirates, including Dar Al Ber Society in Umm Al Quwain, Fujairah Charity and Al Nafaa’ Foundation in Ajman.
Al Gurg Charity has also supported students of government schools in Dubai by participating in the school uniform initiative by purchasing a number of uniforms for primary school students, as well as donating a number of prepaid cards to buy shoes, etc. from CenterPoint and Shoe Express stores.
