Al Gurg Charity supports imprisoned people

Easa Saleh Al Gurg Charity Foundation is always keen to support and alleviate the suffering of insolvent prisoners and extend a helping hand to them to resume their normal lives, along with their families. This is done through partnerships and memorandums of understanding with the Faraj Fund in Abu Dhabi, and the punitive and correctional institutions of the Dubai Police.

In accordance with the instructions of Easa Al Gurg, Group CEO of ESAG and board member of Al Gurg Charity, in the month of Ramadan 2023, in cooperation with the Faraj Fund and Dubai Police, Al Gurg Charity contributed to the release of 13 prisoners from penal and correctional institutions in various emirates of the country, who were sentenced to imprisonment because of rental disputes.

The Foundation also supported some cases at the punitive and correctional institutions affiliated with the Dubai Police by distributing pre-paid food cards (Ramadan Meer) to help them and their families.
