During the final quarter of 2024, the Easa Saleh Al Gurg Charity Foundation received recognition from various charitable and non-charitable organisations in the UAE. Among the honours, the Foundation was acknowledged by the Dubai Charity Association at the Strategic Partners Honouring Ceremony. Mr Mohammed Farouk, Executive Manager of Al Gurg Charity, accepted the award from Mr Mustafa Karam, Vice Chairman, and Mr Ahmed Al Suwaidi, Executive Director of the Dubai Charity Association. This recognition was in appreciation of the Foundation’s contributions to charitable work and its long-standing collaboration with the Association.
Additionally, Al Gurg Charity was honoured during the annual ceremony hosted by Thumbay University Hospital for its efforts in the medical field and support for patients in need. Notably, the Foundation has maintained a partnership with Thumbay Healthcare Group since 2019 to provide health services through Thumbay Hospitals and assist patients with limited income. In 2023, the agreement was extended to include Gulf Medical University, offering scholarships to outstanding students in science, pharmacy, and nursing.
The Foundation also received accolades from other organisations, including the Dar Al Ber Society, Dubai Women’s Association, and others, for its unwavering support in achieving the goals of various charitable initiatives since its inception.
