In celebration of Zayed Humanitarian Day, the Joint Operations Command honored partners, organizations, and charities that participated in ‘Chivalrous Knight 3’, which launched under the directives of HH Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE. Representing Al Gurg Charity, Mr. Abdulrahman Al Shaibani, a Board Member, received the award from Brigadier General Fahaad Al Dhahli, in the presence of Mr. Mohammed Farouk, the Foundation’s Executive Manager.
This honor recognized their significant role in supporting relief operations and assisting those affected, reflecting the values of generosity and humanitarian solidarity established by the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may he rest in peace. Al Gurg Charity participated in the February edition of Chivalrous Knight 3 by providing over 200 tons of food parcels to aid humanitarian relief efforts.
