In line with its ongoing commitment to support students at the start of every school year, Al Gurg Charity has implemented its annual School Bag Project, one of its key seasonal initiatives. This year, the Foundation prepared and distributed 5,000 complete school bags containing essential supplies, benefiting low-income families registered with Al Gurg Charity across the UAE.
To maximize the project’s reach, the Foundation also provided bags to partner charities, including Dar Al Ber Society in Umm Al Quwain and other public welfare organizations. Additionally, the Foundation supported students in Dubai’s government schools by contributing to the School Uniform Initiative, offering uniforms, donating extra school bags, and providing prepaid cards for purchasing shoes and supplies from Centrepoint and Shoexpress stores.
Through these efforts, Al Gurg Charity continues its yearly commitment to ease the financial burden on families in need and ensure that students start their school year with confidence and full readiness.
