Al Gurg Charity renewed its agreement with Lulu Hypermarket to implement the “Ramadan Meer” project for the year 1446 AH/2025 AD. Within this project, more than 4,500 prepaid purchase cards have been distributed on the registered applicants at Al Gurg Charity database.
The project targets low-income families, seeking to cover their food and other needs before the start of the holy month. Several organizations were also supported with Meer cards for distribution to eligible beneficiaries, including the Committee for Needy Families in Umm Al Quwain, Dubai Police, the Dubai Foundation for Women and Children, and the Dubai Women’s Association.
Al Gurg Charity also renewed its agreement with the Landmark Group to implement the “Eid Clothing” project for the year 1446 AH / 2025 AD. The project is about providing prepaid vouchers to low-income families, which can be redeemed at the various Landmark stores across the UAE, including CenterPoint, Max Fashion, and Shoe Express. The initiative will enable families to purchase clothing, shoes, and other essentials, alleviating their financial burden and bringing joy and happiness to children on this occasion.
