In April 2023, the company that audited Al Gurg Charity’s quality system recommended the continuity of the ISO certification during the first surveillance visit, without any observations or cases of non-conformity. The auditor praised the Foundation’s system, methods of work as well as the awareness and cooperation of the employees.
Al Gurg Charity obtained the ISO certificate for the first time in May 2019, and the continuity of obtaining it indicates the keenness to ensure maintenance of the required level of quality, and to meet the expectations of beneficiaries, partners, employees and others, as well as promoting credibility and transparency.
